What kind of wedding is it?

It is a formal, evening wedding. We will have a seated dinner with a curated 4-course menu. All guests will have a designated seat chart. The Ceremony, Dinner, and Reception are all at the same venue. 

What is the dress code?

Dress code:  Formal, Black Tie Optional
Elevated, chic, long gowns, Suits with ties, or a tuxedo.
For those who wish to wear traditional, cultural attire, such as, Korean Hanbok 한복 or Lao Sinh ສິ້ນ, you are welcome to honor that.

What time should I arrive?

Guest Arrival begins at 5:00 PM. The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM in the Veranda. Please arrive on time to be seated!

Is there parking at the venue?

If you are driving, The Hermitage Hotel offers valet parking service for $40.  Street parking may be available in the area. Otherwise, car services, such as Uber/Lyft are highly recommended.

Are children and grandchildren invited?

Please refer to your invitation if your children are invited. As much as we would have loved to accommodate everyone, our event is invitation only. 

Can I bring a +1 Guest?

Only individuals listed with +1 Guest written on their invitation are invited. 

What are the menu options for dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate a vegetarian and allergy dietary restriction. We request all allergies to be noted in your RSVP.  If you have restrictions that go beyond what we have listed, please let us know in your RSVP form.

Should I come hungry?

Absolutely! As major foodies, one of our favorite parts of the wedding is curating a 4-course menu with Jean-Georges' culinary team at Drusie & Darr. Come ready for delicious hors d'oeurves, dinner, and late-night snacks! Preview the menu.

Will there be something on Friday night?

Yes! We will host a Welcome Party & Korean Pyebaek 폐백 Tea Ceremony to start the weekend. Location and Time are TBC — aiming for around 5:00 PM.  

Will there be something on Sunday?

TBC. We are looking to offer an optional brunch for anyone who is still in town!
